The Collier Eco-Warriors are the Sustainability Sub-committee of Collier Primary School P&C, involving students, staff, parents/carers, and the wider Collier community. We are passionate about environmental education and action, leading various initiatives to promote sustainability.
Our key activities include:
- Maintaining a vibrant community garden.
- Driving waste education through the “Bin Blitz” program.
- Participating in the “Containers for Change” recycling scheme.
- Promoting composting and worm feeding.
- Enhancing nature education.
- Encouraging the use of reusable cups and reducing plastic waste.
Through these efforts, we aim to build a sustainable and eco-friendly community while teaching our children that small changes can make a big impact. Together, we can all contribute to protecting our planet.
